You don’t need to register an account to place an order. The benefits of creating an account means that it will store your information for a faster checkout next time. If you log into your account it will have all previous orders, making the reorder process easier. It will also save delivery information. Please note, we cannot store payment details, these will need to be input each time.

Ordering online at Lealfet2go couldn’t be easier. You need to select the item you wish to purchase, add it to the cart and then upload your artwork when prompted. We will check your artwork has been supplied correctly and send you a proof via email of how it will print. Please refer to ‘How to supply artwork’ within our Support Guide for more information. Once you have approved this proof we can go to print. On flat leaflets we will endeavour to despatch the following day. Folded will take a further day. Delivery information is given on each product page.

All prices online are shown with VAT where applicable. Our delivery costs are free, unless the delivery is outside of the UK mainland or you chose an upgraded service. Please refer to ‘Delivery Information’ for more details.

If for any reason you need to change your order you can do so as long as you let one of the customer service team know before the proof cut off time. There is no additional cost for you to resubmit your artwork for reproofing. However, if it is after the cut off time, this may result in the proofing / delivery being delayed. If you need to change the quantity / stock / delivery address this can all be done before the proof cut off time by letting one of the customer service team know. We can accept any changes over the phone, but do prefer a follow up email to make sure there is no confusion!

We ask for payment online as you place your order. You can pay by credit / debit cards. We use World Pay and are covered by the SSL protection scheme. If you prefer to pay by BACs, you can do that, however, we cannot start any work until the funds have arrived in our bank.
